Quantitation of Human α-Fetoprotein by Electroimmunodiffusion

摘要: Summary The association of α-1-fetoprotein in the serum patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma provides another possible parameter for both diagnosis and evaluation disease process. A technique quantitative measurement this protein has been devised that uses method electroimmunodiffusion. This greater sensitivity is faster than radial diffusion antibody agar. Serums from 75 hepatomas were measured α-fetoprotein, these varied 0.35 to 4950 eg/ml.
