Isolation of novel indole-3-acetic acid conjugates by immunoaffinity extraction

摘要: An analytical protocol for the isolation and quantification of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) its amino conjugates was developed. IAA is an important phytohormone formation plays a crucial role in regulating levels plants. The developed combines highly specific immunoaffinity extraction with sensitive selective LC-MS/MS analysis. By using internal standards each studied compounds, seven were analyzed quantities fresh plant material as low 30 mg. In seeds Helleborus niger, physiological these compounds found to range from 7.5 nmol g(-1) weight 0.44 pmol (conjugate Ala). To our knowledge, identification Gly, Phe Val higher plants reported here first time.
