摘要: Endogenous cytokinins, auxins, and abscisic acid (ABA) were identified quantified in 11 red algae collected from the Brazilian coast. Field materials two isolates cultured laboratory extracted with various solvents buffers containing a mixture of appropriate internal standards, purified by solid-phase extraction followed immunoaffinity chromatography, analyzed liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. The cytokinin profile Chondracanthus teedei (Mert. ex Roth) Kutz. was distinct comparison to other para-topolin (pT) derivatives concentrations. main auxins present free indole-3-acetic (IAA) indole-3-acetamide (IAM).
