摘要: Endogenous cytokinins, auxins, and abscisic acid (ABA) were identified quantified in 11 red algae collected from the Brazilian coast. Field materials two isolates cultured laboratory extracted with various solvents buffers containing a mixture of appropriate internal standards, purified by solid-phase extraction followed immunoaffinity chromatography, analyzed liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. Isoprenoid cytokinins (free conjugated forms isopentenyladenine [iP], cis-zeatin [cZ], trans-zeatin [tZ]) detected all species concentrations cZ iP being higher than tZ forms. Dihydrozeatin (DHZ) its metabolites only at very low levels nine studied species. Aromatic (6-benzylaminopurine [BA], ortho- meta-topolin [oT mT]) not any samples. The cytokinin profile Chondracanthus teedei (Mert. ex Roth) Kutz. was distinct comparison to other para-topolin (pT) derivatives concentrations. main auxins present free indole-3-acetic (IAA) indole-3-acetamide (IAM). Indole-3-ethanol (IEt), indole-3-acetyl glutamic (IAGlu), leucine (IALeu) few ABA except for Hypnea nigrescens Grev. J. Agardh. No conjugates These results confirm that common constituents seaweeds, this first report occurrence Rhodophyta. complexity hormone profiles suggests plant hormones play role regulating physiological processes
