摘要: The heterogeneity of pollen-allergic individuals is well-known but poorly characterized. Twenty-six patients were studied to characterize their immunologic and clinical patterns. Thirteen allergic only grass pollens, 13 other grass-pollen pollen species, including Cupressaceae, plane tree, olive, Parietaria. IgE response was assessed by the titration serum total orchard grass-specific IgE, as well immunoblots orchard-grass pollens. Clinical reactivity nasal challenge with pollens before season bronchial symptom-medication scores between April 1 June 15. Pollen counts obtained during this period survey. Polysensitized had significantly increased levels specific a greater immunoblots, suggesting an enhanced qualitative quantitative immune response. symptoms occurring earlier than individuals, confirming priming effect caused plans flowering for both mucosa. Alternatively, early may be attributable tree or might reflect higher level in polysensitized group. Bronchial appeared few weeks after symptoms. Nasal challenges similar groups, severity not different that intensity related sensitization nor subjects.
