摘要: The mechanism and significance of elevated levels serum fibrin degradation products (FDP) in pulmonary embolism were investigated experimentally. Dogs embolized with autologous blood clot-incorporating canine 125I-fibrin infused either saline, heparin, or streptokinase. Serial measurements made total FDP by hemagglutination inhibition assay radioactive FDP. After the peak level was 323 mug/ml, but only 8 mug/ml. these values 44 11 respectively, after streptokinase, 415 20 results suggest that under experimental conditions are derived mainly from lysis deposited embolization rather than original embolus. Heparin inhibits both deposition elevation embolism.
