We selected six patients who were being treated for cancer had metal-derived on their CT that limited pre- or post-surgical visualization. metal removed replaced with non-metallic composite resin restorations. repeated as required completion procedures. completely eliminated whom radiolucent materials used. Patients have been followed 6-26 months no complications breakdown substitution metallic special cases should be considered solution artifact problems.
