摘要: In a 34-year-old woman extensive intrapleural disease developed within 1 year of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) removal two pulmonary metastases from previously treated synovial sarcoma. She underwent successful complete pleurectomy through left thoracotomy to excise the pleural tumor and remains well 6 months later. This case highlights dissemination as one pitfalls VATS metastasectomy raises concerns about using in this situation.
