The Influence of Doping with Transition Metal Ions on the Structure and Magnetic Properties of Zinc Oxide Thin Films

摘要: () and thin films were synthesized by sol-gel method. The structure the surface morphology of zinc oxide doped with transition metal (TM) ions have been investigated X-ray diffraction (XRD) atomic force microscopy (AFM). magnetic studies done using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) at room temperature. Experimental results revealed that substitution Ni in ZnO wurtzite lattice for contents leads to weak ferromagnetism films. For , are coupling superexchange interaction via oxygen structure. one can observe increasing secondary phase ZnFe2O4 spinel. Zn0.9Fe0.1O film shows a superparamagnetic behavior due small crystallite sizes net spin moments arisen from between iron through an ion spinel
