摘要: Abstract Rare-earth metal oxide (REMO) nanoparticles play a major role in emerging technologies related to magnetic and biomedical applications. The physical characteristics bioactivity of REMO is significantly dependant on the particle size, type level dopants defects. In present work, undoped Co doped CeO 2 have been prepared by facile, cost effective easily reproducible chemical co-precipitation technique. structural investigations reveal formation single phase cubic fluorite structure for samples. Morphological examinations demonstrate highly homogeneous with average size range 8–20 nm. specific surface area (SSA) observed be 234 m /g found enhanced remarkably as function doping level. Raman spectroscopy results depict presence oxygen vacancies (V o ) defects which are further host matrix cationic doping. optical dielectric properties tailored via dopant impurity induced such abundance V . It can established that these vital activation room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM) both may arise from exchange interactions. interesting synthesized very significant differential cytotoxicity towards healthy human Neuroblastoma cancerous cells. These tuned potential future targeted cancer therapy diagnostic.
