摘要: Abstract Here we report the Mn doping induced effects on structural, Raman, optical, magnetic and anticancer properties of CeO2 nanoparticles prepared via soft chemical route. Structural microstructural results infer that synthesized have single phase cubic fluorite structure in enhancement structural defects. Scanning electron microscopy reveal formation monodisperse having average particle size ranging from 30 to 41 nm. The optical absorbance spectroscopy analysis discloses band gap energy tailoring doping. Room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM) has been found both as-prepared doped nanoparticles. This RTFM attributed ions surface defects such as oxygen vacancies. Finally, influence dopant cell viability reactive species (ROS) generation levels presence healthy cancerous cells studied. It observed differential cytotoxicity is strongly correlated with level ROS generation.
