摘要: Many studies have recently been devoted to the study of landscape change, and some even focused on an analysis dynamics forest cover change. However, few worked a methodology for making detailed investigation long-term change based historic cartographic sources. The goal this is further develop method analyzing changes in basis old maps orthophoto GIS environment. area located Central Bohemia, east Kutna Hora, UNESCO World Heritage Site. consists 21 cadastral units with total 113 km2. First (1780), Second (1851) Third Military Surveys (1877) present-day orthophotomap (2007) Czech Republic were used as data resources. Source processed GIS. Forest subject our study. term perceived from broader perspective. What we call refers wood elements other species landscape. More than half all land (53%) survived until 2007. Not only information but rate great importance. enable us carry out cover. geodetic inaccuracy precludes reliable exact quantification Survey, (orthophoto map). These cannot be evaluating level plots. presented paper may contribute better understanding land, covering period more 250 years. This knowledge can applied management planning procedures. Apart their application forestry, methods interest historians biologists.
