摘要: Abstract : Numerous medical team training programs have been developed and implemented in response to the patient safety crisis highlighted by Institute of Medicine. The role effective teamwork accomplishing complex tasks is well accepted many domains. Similarly, there some evidence that outcomes health care may depend on performance. This paper reviews base for two categories training: simulator-based classroom-based programs. Specifically, we examine purpose strategy each then review reported empirical evidence. In addition, three four report results from a series course observations, curriculum reviews, instructor interviews, an independent assessment participant reactions. Finally, basis reviewed, present set recommendations how community can develop future.
