摘要: Cardiovascular activity recorded at rest and during mental stress in the laboratory was studied relation to ambulatory cardiovascular work home. Fifty-five Type A men (M = 42.4 years) underwent a standardized protocol which systolic blood pressure, diastolic heart rate were baseline 15 min arithmetic task (MAT). On subsequent day, pressure 20 minute intervals for 12-14 hr normal activities home work. Subjects completed behavioral diary concurrently with each cuff inflation. High Low groups identified based upon median split of their response levels MAT. high MAT had home, work, physical activity, when they reported being 'stressed'. Baseline less consistently related across conditions. Diastolic resting. associated higher Heart activity. Change scores derived by subtracting mean values from resting not pressures or rates under any daily In best case, measured stress, rest, but We conclude that laboratory, reactivity (i.e., change scores) MAT, are natural environment, especially setting.
