摘要: This work aimed to test the influence of heparin on susceptibility retinal cells Toxoplasma gondii infection. Primary cultures retinas from chick embryos 8 (E8) or 11 (E11) days and fibroblasts (control) were used. To determine in T. infection, tachyzoites RH strain treated with before addition culture. A monoclonal anti-heparin antibody was used analyze distribution fibroblast cell surfaces. Our results showed that (E8 E11) had a higher infection rate than (91% 24% versus 13%, respectively). Pre-treatment decreased E8 when compared non-treated parasites (45% 91%, respectively), but not E11 (35% 48%). In accordance, presented an intense staining by immunofluorescence assay. conclusion, more susceptible and, pre-treatment number infected parasite burden particularly for cells.
