摘要: Abstract Purpose: To assess the feasibility and report early outcomes of robot-assisted anatrophic nephrolithotomy (RAN) as a treatment modality for patients with complex staghorn calculi. Patients Methods: In this single-center prospective study, seven consecutive underwent RAN After dissection to renal hilum clamping vessels, nephrotomy was made along Brodel line carried through collecting system calculus.
