摘要: Abstract Variations of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were compared with respect to their ability detect and differentiate serologically related plant viruses. The broadest range viruses was detected by an indirect ELISA on unprecoated plates. Coating the plates F(ab') 2 fragments led narrowing specificity in heterologous reactions tymo-, tombusand tobamoviruses ELISA. With Andean potato latent virus (APLV) weaker precoated than those intact antibodies. Even a broader direct double antibody sandwich method.
