摘要: Abstract The spread of Phytophthora spp. through irrigation systems and natural waterways can have a significant impact on plant health requires mitigation. Pressurized carbon dioxide (CO2) inactivate nicotianae zoospores but its effectiveness at low pressure other species was unknown. This study evaluated the effect injected CO2 63 to 4,000 ppm in water zoospore survival four infectivity P. zoospores. Zoospore nicotianae, tropicalis, pini reduced by over 90% 40% 125 2,000 after 2-h exposure. Survival megasperma less affected CO2, with reduction 37.1% ≤4,000 ppm. treatments for 30 or 120 min infested concentrations 1,000 5,000 ml−1 disease incidence annual vinca (Catharanthus roseus) 92 75%. Comparable efficacy observed tre...
