摘要: Two series of diversely substituted phenyldiazenyl(2-(4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yloxy)acetyl)3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole 11a-g and phenyldiazenyl-1-(2-(4-methyl-2-oxo-4-chromen-7-yloxy)acetyl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4)H-one 12a-j were synthesized. All these compounds characterized by IR, NMR, mass spectra elemental analyses. The evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial activity against some Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Gram-negative Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhi screened antifungal A. niger, U. maydis. showed moderate to very good activities.
