摘要: Abstract Two near isogenic lines of barley carrying alleles the Ml-a locus for resistance or susceptibility to powdery mildew were inoculated with Erysiphe graminis f. sp. hordei , race CR3. Peroxidase activity in intercellular wash fluid was analysed at various times after inoculation. An increase peroxidase observed both between 8 and 16 h post-inoculation, but not wounded tissue. Six isozymes found from uninoculated leaves. these increased response fungal attack. Enhanced levels two correlated appearance papillae. These results suggest that extracellular are a component general host inoculation E. g. . However, inoculation-related changes any race-cultivar specific responses.
