摘要: Resistant interactions between Xanthomonas oryzae pv. and rice are characterized by increases in the activities of three extracellular peroxidases (two anionic one cationic), lignin deposition, host cell death, a decrease rate bacterial multiplication. The timing dynamics these events is dependent on specific avirulence gene-resistance gene interaction. In susceptible interactions, peroxidase activity, death delayed, multiplication not inhibited. absence light, associated with resistance do occur, response similar to observed.
