摘要: Purpose: A cutaneous wound healing requires a well-orchestrated integration of the complex biological and molecular events cell migration proliferation, extracellular matrix deposition, angiogenesis remodeling. Finally, skin regeneration is main goal. Stem cells are self-renewing multipotent progenitors with broadest developmental potential in given tissue at time. The aim this study was to examine role stem during process burn hairless mice by using immunohistochemical stainings (nestin, cytokeratin 15 CD31). Methods: Each mouse received 2 burns dorsal area applying metal stick heated boiling water. Burn sites were dressed duoderm. sacrificed 0, 2, 7, 14 21 days after burn. Histological findings expression for markers observed. Results: Nestin expressed stromal beneath epidermis, hair follices, dermal cysts endothelial cells. Cytokeratin epidermis except basal On 7 burn, regenerated didn't express 15. CD31 on amount nestin highest. Conclusion: Our results showed that may have various effects healing. before It likely other stimulate epithelial regeneration. act vascular (J Korean Surg Soc 2010;79:1-7)
