摘要: Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the effects silk fibroin film on wound healing cutaneous burn in hairless mice by using microscopic findings and stem cell markers (nestin, cytokeratin 15) ki-67 proliferation marker. Methods: Each mouse received two burns at dorsal area applying a metal rod heated with boiling water. Burn sites were dressed Silk Fibroin Film duoderm (SF group), Aquacel hydrofiber (AC group) only (Control group). All groups covered externally duodermas adhesive bands. Those sacrificed zero, two, seven, fourteen twenty one days after burn. Histological immunohistochemical staining for observed. Results: In SF group, inflammatory infiltration, formation granulation tissue foci are greater than AC control group. factors appear enhance mesenchymal such as nestin. Finally regeneration enhanced. addition, length expressed re-generating epithelium, which appeared be associated epithelial regeneration, longest Conclusion: results show that effect is best among other treatment materials including experimental group through essential healing.
