摘要: Purpose: Although many papers have reported poor prognosis of colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma, the underlying cause for its unfavorable outcome is yet to be elucidated. In peritoneal fluid studies, we observed that recurrences and cytology positive cases were times cancers. On basis these observations, non-mucinous adenocarcinomas compared prognostic factors studied. Methods: Five hundred forty-six patients who underwent surgery from January 2004 December 2008 included. Results: Among 546 patients, 30 (5.5%) 516 (94.5%). Mean age was 55.0 years, which younger than 63.2 years in colon They tend develop right colon. Mucinous more advanced depth invasion distant metastasis, but no significant difference lymph node (LN) metastasis. Peritoneal CEA, CA19-9, apparent. Liver metastasis did not show increases. year survival rates 82.9% 91.7% cancer free 42.7% 68.5% each, respectively, According stage, only stage Ⅲ Ⅳ showed differences overall (P=0.001, 0.040). Conclusion: worse prognoses recurrences, had similar early LN dissimilarities infiltration depth. Infiltrations led increase cells tumor markers: ultimately developed.
