摘要: Abstract: The limited reparative capacity of the skin and inadequate conventional treatments has necessitated development substitutes. Currently, substitutes are unable to recreate functionality aesthetics uninjured skin. Research into application silk fibroin (SF) in tissue engineering been increasing, though date not focused on dermal regeneration. processability SF several material formats means that diverse therapeutic options available for investigation. Furthermore, mild processing conditions facilitate bioactive molecule incorporation. Pre-clinical wound healing studies show materials be promising alternatives collagen scaffolds, with superior or equal outcomes.
