摘要: Abstract L 2 -norm approximation and Lagrangian interpolation are used to analyze data on aggregation of uridine, cytidine, bromouridine purine in terms different equilibrium constants. To determine the highest aggregating species or limiting polymer a statistical test is employed. It was found that from consistent with being trimer; for uridine capable explained basis either trimer tetramer; cytidine fact tetramer. The methods described quite general analyzing systems no matter what scheme regardless whether system ideal non-ideal come measurement osmotic coefficients (small molecule systems) weight average molecular (large systems).
