摘要: The temperature-dependent static magnetization of several dilute Cu(Fe) alloys with Fe concentrations between 102 and 478 ppm has been measured in fields 1 200 Oe at temperatures 9 mK 0.4 K. At higher small fields, the displays following concentration, field, temperature dependences:M ∝ c 2 HT −2/3. lower temperatures, magnetic ordering is observed. These results are interpreted terms behavior pairs impurities acting as individual entities. They quite likely correlated anomalous low low-temperature observations made previous measurements resistivity specific heat system.
