摘要: We propose a bio-optical inversion model that retrieves the absorption contributions of phytoplankton and colored detrital matter (CDM), as well size classes (PSCs), from total minus water spectra. The is based on three-component separation structure genetic algorithm. performance was tested two independent datasets (the NASA bio-Optical Marine Algorithm Dataset (NOMAD) northern South China Sea (NSCS) dataset). relationships between estimated measured values were strongly linear, especially for CDM (412), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) exponential slope (S CDM) relatively low. Next, directly applied to in-situ spectra determined by an underwater meter during cruise in September 2008, retrieve seawater. By comparing retrieved chlorophyll concentrations, we demonstrated size-specific concentrations could be with high accuracy. Finally, investigate changes induced anti-cyclonic eddy NSCS.
