摘要: Membrane rafts (MRs) are specialized microdomains in the cell membrane with an altered lipid composition. Upon various stimulations, MRs can be clustered to aggregate or recruit NADPH oxidase sub-units and related proteins form MR redox signalosomes of cells like vascular endothelial (ECs). Multiple protein complexes, signalosomes, now considered play a crucial role regulation function development different dysfunctions. To such ceramide will generated from hydrolysis sphingomyelin by lysosomal acid sphingomyelinase that has been translocated via lysosome fusion area. In this brief review, current information is provided help understand occurrence signalosomes. This may increase enthusiasm scientific community for further studies on molecular mechanisms functional significance forming
