摘要: We created a combined system using duckweed and bacteria to enhance the efficiency of ammonium nitrogen (NH4+-N) total (TN) removal from aquaculture wastewater. Heterotrophic nitrifying bacterium was isolated sediment sample at an intensive land-based farm. It identified as Acinetobacter sp. strain A6 based on 16S rRNA gene sequence (accession number MF767879). The NH4+-N in culture media sampled wastewater 15°C over 99% without any accumulation nitrite or nitrate. This significantly higher than alone. Interestingly, presence NO3- increased rate by 35.17%. Strain had mutual growth promoting-effects despite heavy metals antibiotics stresses. In addition, colonized abundantly possibly formed biofilms inner leaves duckweed, possessed indoleacetic acid (IAA)- siderophore-producing characteristics. promotion between may be reason for their synergistic action N removal.
