摘要: Decisions regarding underpinning, real estate acquisitions and tunneling methods have in the past usually been made on basis of conservative judgment. It now appears possible to inject a measure rationality into this judgment, as more case histories are recorded digested, our confidence use rational semi-empirical prediction will improve. Monitoring construction performance is required for control, reduction costs, increase safety.
