摘要: Manganese poisoning is a common occupational disease, studies have found that the susceptibility to manganese differs in individuals. We adopted genome-wide sequencing methods screen for genes involved gene-mediated metabolic pathways from perspective of poisoning. identified 18,439 this study, including 14,272 known and 4398 new genes. then selected 17 differential using p values, which 7 were down-regulated 10 up-regulated. Possible interaction each gene according String database.
