摘要: Using group development theory as a frame, this paper describes an exploratory study that documents team members’ conflict and emotional behaviors throughout the different stages of in virtual environment. Data were collected from 45 students working on project. Results suggested participants engaged distinctive process punctuated with task, relationship role while engaging emotions frustration confusion. To manage challenge negative environment, members set more interactional norms, offered apologies explanations feedback seeking behaviors. Implications for practice are also discussed.
