Understanding needs, wishes beliefs patients helps delineate care plan, improve outcomes greatly decrease risk litigation. Physicians members health team have adopted use standardized tools to ensure vital information shared mutually understood. The mnemonic algorithms implementation system practices from high-risk domains are helpful increase in surgery.
