摘要: Abstract Effects of Mg-substitution on the giant dielectric response in CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics were investigated and discussed. A significantly enhanced was obtained Ca(Cu1−xMgx)3Ti4O12 ceramics, constant step increased with increasing content. The results X-ray photoelectron analysis confirmed obvious increase Ti3+/Ti4+ ratio, should originate from corresponding modification mixed-valent structure. present have great scientific significance deepening understanding origin modulating CaCu3Ti4O12.
