摘要: The microstructural changes and dielectric properties of CaGa x Cu3-x Ti4O12(x = 0, 0.01, 0.05) ceramics were investigated. mean grain size constant CaGa0.01Cu2.99Ti4O12ceramic increased by roughly a factor 40, but decreased 100 with increasing levels Ga3+ doping corresponding to the CaGa0.05Cu2.95Ti4O12ceramic. resistance boundaries significantly. As (x 0.05), was enhanced greatly. giant response in Ti4O12ceramics can be well described based on their electrically heterogeneous microstructure found correlated microstructure.
