摘要: Macrophages are cells of natural immunity and play a key role in pathogenesis viral infections. Results ultrastructural research on macrophages infected with tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV), an agent that causes dangerous infections affecting nervous system human beings belongs to the Flaviviridae family, were shown here. Using virology methods, it was ascertained TBEV is consumed by multiplies them. Ultrastructural showed penetrates into cytoplasm means local plasmalemma lysis newly synthesized particles escape from cell same path. At time, induration perinuclear space observed, where ribosomes, microfilaments, ribonucleoprotein threats, virus-specific structures, namely, nucleocapsids, tube formations, viroplasts, found large quantities. On surface visualized. Thus, evidence presented microphages can certain spreading target virus. Like active antigen-presenting cells, such modulate protective response organism affect encephalitis.
