High-throughput dynamic microwave-assisted extraction on-line coupled with solid-phase extraction for analysis of nicotine in mushroom

摘要: A simple and low-cost high-throughput dynamic microwave-assisted extraction (HTDMAE) device was firstly assembled validated by the of nicotine in mushroom samples. In this device, a household microwave oven applied to provide energy; vacuum pump used deliver solvent. Compared with traditional method, sample throughput energy utilization were improved HTDMAE, up 20 samples could be treated simultaneously 9 min. Taking as an example, method established extraction, separation enrichment single step on-line coupled solid-phase (SPE). Nicotine first extracted from water under action energy, then directly introduced into SPE column which packed cation-exchange resins. Subsequently, trapped on resins eluted methanol-ammonia (95:5, v/v) determined high-performance liquid chromatography. The limit detection obtained is 5.6 μg kg(-1) fresh sample. recovery range 87.4-104.0%. proposed significantly reduced overall analysis time increased should favored for routine analyse complex solid
