摘要: Patients with previous gastric surgery for benign conditions are thought to be at increased risk cancer based on studies from Europe. Recommendations have been made screen these patients repeatedly in order detect early cancers. We conducted a case-control study estimate the United States where rates of lower. There were 521 cases who matched by age, race, sex, and date admission an equal number hospital controls. The odds ratio after was 0.7 (P=0.4) which indicates no risk. sample size sufficient risks range reported studies. ratios rose longer postoperative intervals but small numbers not statistically significant. This failed demonstrate overall surgery. Further is needed before general screening can endorsed States.
