摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most frequent human malignancies, especially in Asia and Africa, but also Western world its incidence increasing. HCC a complication chronic liver disease with cirrhosis as important risk factor. Viral co-pathogenesis due to hepatitis B virus (HBV) C (HCV) infection seems be an factor development HCC. Curative therapy often not possible late detection Thus, it attractive find parameters which predict malignant transformation HBV- HCV-infected livers. In past decade, preneoplastic lesions, i.e. dysplastic foci or nodules, have gained interest markers for imminent malignancy. Noteworthy, lesions are increasingly detected by imaging techniques. We describe here two cases viral disease, HBV-and HCV-related, were present adjacent HBV case, (smaller) satellite was well. The neoplastic specimens investigated comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) situ (ISH). Both methods revealed multiple genetic alterations HCCs. patterns HBV-related tumor showed many shared suggesting clonal relationship. A subset changes already dysplasias illustrating their nature. Surrounding samples did display chromosomal aberrations. literature survey illustrates relative paucity information concerning lesions. However, all data strongly suggests role cell dysplasia precursor condition cancer.
