Numerical investigation of the propagation of elastic wave modes in a one-dimensional phononic crystal plate coated on a uniform substrate

摘要: The propagation of wave modes in a two-layer free standing plate composed one-dimensional phononic crystal (PC) thin layer coated on uniform substrate was investigated numerically by the modified plane expansion method. band structures system with different thicknesses were calculated. numerical result showed that Bragg scattering periodic structure PC and surface could be coupled to each other an added layer. properties confined such system, for example, Love-wave-like mode, mode (which is localized mainly layer) layer, investigated.
