摘要: The Domain-based Congestion Management method and apparatus detects regulates congestion in a Diff-serv network. It uses an improvRED for detection at the core routers token bucket filters traffic regulation ingress nodes. In addition, also provides feedback control. ImprovRED three thresholds detecting congestion: minth, maxth FeedbackThreshold, which takes value between minth thresholds. Whenever average queue size is greater than less Feedback-Threshold, all outgoing packets are marked appropriately to indicate potential onset of period. When FeedbackThreshold (but maxth) dropped probabilistically denote dropping phase. maximum threshold, incoming dropped. Feedback, form Local Notification (LCN) message, used notify nodes likely congestion.
