摘要: Some chronic pain conditions in the orofacial region are common, mechanisms underlying which unresolved. Satellite glial cells (SGCs) of peripheral nervous system. In sensory ganglia, each neuronal body is surrounded by SGCs forming distinct functional units. The unique structural organization enables to communicate with other and their enwrapped neurons via a variety ways. There growing evidence that can influence level excitability involved development and/or maintenance pain. aim this review was summarize latest advances made about implication It may offer new targets for treatment.
