摘要: Abstract Epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor expression was evaluated in a panel of 21 small cell lung cancer lines with radioreceptor assay, affinity labeling, and Northern blotting. We found high-affinity receptors to be expressed 10 lines. Scatchard analysis the binding data demonstrated that cells bound between 3 52 fmol/mg protein K D ranging from 0.5 × -10 2.7 m.
