摘要: The respiratory system is often affected by complications of immunodeficiency, typically manifesting clinically as acute illness. Ongoing literature reviews regarding the appropriateness imaging in these patients are critical, advanced medical therapies such stem cell transplantation, chemotherapy, and immunosuppressive for autoimmune disease continue to keep high population immunosuppressed our health care today. This ACR Appropriateness Criteria ® topic describes clinical scenarios illness immunocompromised with cough, dyspnea, chest pain, fever; those negative, equivocal, or nonspecific findings on radiography; diffuse confluent opacities whom noninfectious suspected. use radiography, CT, transthoracic needle biopsy, nuclear medicine all discussed contexts scenarios. evidence-based guidelines specific conditions that reviewed every 2 years a multidisciplinary expert panel. guideline development review include an extensive analysis current from peer-reviewed journals application well-established consensus methodology (modified Delphi) rate treatment procedures In instances which evidence lacking not definitive, opinion may be used recommend treatment.
