摘要: In this study we used colony forming unit (CFU) assays to demonstrate rapid suppression (within 6h) of lymphoid (CFU-preB) and myeloid (CFU-GM) progenitor cells in DMBA-treated mice. The duration these changes were consistent with the blood levels DMBA its metabolites that achieved by either IP or oral administration. CFU-GM CFU-preB activities returned control 2 7 days after exposure, respectively, but remained suppressed through continued presence low bloodstream following administration was associated sustained CFU-preB, total bone marrow peripheral lymphocytes. noted above not observed Cyp1b1 null mice, demonstrating need for local metabolism impair CFU-GM. Furthermore, data provide evidence myeloid-lineage are restored more quickly than lymphoid-lineage exposure.
