摘要: Methanolic crude extracts of 32 plant species belonging to 21 families collected from the west Iran were screened for antifungal activity against three economically important phytopathogenic fungi, Phytophthora drechsleri, Pythium aphanidermatum and Rhizoctonia solani. Bioassay was conducted by agar diffusion method on plate cultures with five replications. Twenty-seven (85%) tested, showed inhibitory at least one fungi. Seventeen (53%), thirteen (41%) seventeen (53%) tested mycelia growth P. R. solani, respectively. Cousinia stenocephala Plantago lanceolata most active (inhibit growth) concurrent (stimulate all Extracts C. stenocephala, Cineraria grandiflora , Pterocephalus canus Anagallis arvensis exhibited a broad-spectrum activity. According these results, we conclude that flora in can be regarded as rich source plants Therefore, further screening other species, identifying fractions or metabolites vivo application are warranted.
