摘要: Aims To evaluate the variable depth tomographic features of choroidal vasculature in acute and chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) using swept source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) en face imaging. Methods We retrospectively reviewed SS-OCT images 29 patients that presented with (12 eyes) or (17 CSC. All patient eyes underwent 6×6 macular scans (DRI OCT-1, Topcon, Tokyo, Japan), fluorescein angiography indocyanine green angiography. The image was used to investigate each layer. Moreover, we determined some parts corresponded choriocapillaris Sattler9s layer attenuation, whereas vessel dilatation associated Haller9s Results At level, observed 11 12 CSC (91.7%) 15 17 (88.2%). In CSC, divided into focal (9/11; 81.8%) diffuse (2/11; 18.2%) patterns. cases demonstrated different patterns dilatation: (5/15; 33.3%) (10/15; 66.6%).
