摘要: Breast (BCa) and gynecological (GCa) cancers constitute a group of female neoplasms that has worldwide significant contribution to cancer morbidity mortality. Evidence suggests polymorphisms influencing miRNA function can provide useful information towards predicting the risk neoplasms. Inconsistent findings in literature should be detected resolved facilitate genetic screening polymorphisms, even during childhood or adolescence, their use as predictors future malignancies. This study represents comprehensive systematic review meta-analysis association between Meta-analysis was performed by pooling odds-ratios (ORs) generalized ORs while using random-effects model for 15 polymorphisms. The results suggest miR-146a rs2910164 is implicated susceptibility GCa. Moreover, miR-196a2 rs11614913-T had moderate protective effect against neoplasms, especially GCa, Asians but not Caucasians. MiR-27a rs895819-G might pose BCa among MiR-499 rs3746444-C may slightly increase BCa. MiR-124 rs531564-G associated with lower current evidences do support remaining
