摘要: Abstract : In this thesis, we investigated the interaction of 100 keV protons with thin ice films grown under ultra-high vacuum conditions. We determined irradiation pure water produced an upper limit 0.04 O2/proton that stayed within film. Determination value came from thermally desorbing and measuring O2 released a quadrupole mass spectrometer. Irradiation solid oxygen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, oxygen/water mixtures led to significant ozone (03) production. quantified production using thermal desorption ultraviolet reflectance techniques.
