摘要: Environmental water analysis requires the determination of organic contaminants down to low ng L -1 range which makes efficient sample preconcentration and clean-up mandatory prior high-performance separation techniques combined with selective detection. Solid-phase extraction has become one most important pre-treatment procedures in environmental analytical chemistry, based on either single equilibration or multiple analytes between aqueous sorbent. Procedures a partitioning step sorbent phase (such as solid-phase microextraction, stir bar sorptive related variants) are generally called techniques. The increasing popularity these is due reduced time-consumption increased cost-effectiveness. In this review paper, current state respect trace samples discussed regarding both theoretical aspects well applications for xenobiotics aquatic environment. ongoing acceptance into official methods clearly indicates that they offer satisfactory reliability robustness routine monitoring purposes.
